Years later, already living in the United States, supermarket aisles became more than a place to shop — they became a search for memories. A flavor, a scent, something that felt like home. When nothing quite captured it, the decision was made to create it.

To honor that mission, we went straight to the source: partnering with one of the oldest bakeries in Spain, in operation since 1918. The recipes are authentic. The ingredients, honest.
